Return and Refund Policy

Return and Order Cancellation policy - Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped out. After that we normally do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product that cannot be remedied. If an item is found to be defective it can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price.

Under certain circumstances we will accept a return and refund the purchase price less a 10% restock fee.  Simply contact us first and get an authorization, then ship the box back with a note stating that you would like a refund and the reason.
