Return and Refund Policy

Return and Order Cancellation policy - Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped out. After that we normally do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product that cannot be remedied. If an item is found to be defective it can be exchanged.  

Under certain circumstances we will accept a return and refund the purchase price less a 10% restock fee.  Simply contact us first and get an authorization, then ship the box back with a note stating that you would like a refund and the reason.

Custom printed or custom made items such as chevron panels in special colors cannot be returned.  As is stated above, if we do make an exception, there is a 10% restock fee associated with the return.
