ORALITE V82 Conspicuity Material is an ASTM D4956 Type V microprismatic retroreflective sheeting. 10 year film rugged outdoor film used to  mark emergency vehicles, fire trucks, ambulances, helmets, loading dock areas, bollards, poles, dumpsters, gates, barricades, tractor trailers, and more. 10 times brighter than engineer grade films. Visible thousands of feet away versus hundreds.  Single layer design, will not delaminate.
