3M 3930 is a Type 4 Micro Prismatic tape also known as High Intensity Prismatic.  Made from rugged Polycarbonate.  It is highly reflective and features a peel and stick backing with a strong adhesive.  7 Colors are available by the foot.  4 inch and 6 inch widths.

3M 983 is a Diamond Grade™ Micro Prismatic tape. It is more reflective than 3930 and is widely used for vehicle conspicuity.  5 Colors are available by the foot.  4 inch and 6 inch widths.  White, Standard Yellow, Fluorescent Lime, Fluorescent Yellow, Red.

3M FRA tape (983) Diamond Grade Rail Car Tape is designed for marking rail car and rolling stock.  Meets or exceeds FRA 224 requirements.  Available in yellow, fluorescent yellow, and white.  4 inch width.
